Responsibilities
- Assist in the processing and review of federal applications and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and databases in compliance with federal regulations.
- Communicate with applicants and stakeholders to provide status updates and clarify requirements.
- Support the administration of pension and retirement benefits inquiries.
- Conduct research and prepare reports as required by agency leadership.
- Ensure all office operations adhere to strict security and confidentiality protocols.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for government security clearance.
- Experience: Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or federal operations is preferred.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and federal case management software.
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Availability: Must be available to work a flexible part-time schedule (20-30 hours per week).
