Responsibilities
- Process driver's license, vehicle registration, and title transactions with 100% accuracy
- Provide clear guidance on DMV regulations and procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently using digital tools and in-person support
- Maintain secure handling of sensitive personal documents and payment processing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery
- Meet key performance metrics for customer satisfaction and transaction volume
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital payment systems
- Strong multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Spanish bilingual certification (highly desirable)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
