Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of pension plan administration experience
- SPDC or QKA certification preferred
- Proficiency in federal pension regulations (ERISA, TCRS)
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with pension management software (e.g., Alight, Millennium)
