Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of pension administration experience
- Strong knowledge of ERISA and state pension regulations
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Oracle, PeopleSoft)
- Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) designation preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential financial data with integrity
