Responsibilities
- Administer federal pension plans including TSP, FERS, and CSRS with 100% accuracy
- Conduct eligibility determinations and benefit calculations for retirement claims
- Ensure strict adherence to OPM regulations and ERISA compliance standards
- Provide expert guidance to federal employees on retirement planning and options
- Coordinate with payroll and HR departments for seamless benefit transitions

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, HR, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of pension plan administration experience
