Responsibilities
- Administer and audit federal pension plans to ensure ERISA compliance

- Provide technical guidance to federal agencies on pension policy implementation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of pension plan administration or regulatory compliance experience
- Deep knowledge of ERISA, PBGC regulations, and IRS retirement codes
- Federal security clearance eligibility (required)
- Advanced proficiency in pension auditing software (e.g., Albridge, Envestnet)
- Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) or similar designation
