Responsibilities
- Monitor and administer federal pension plans for compliance with ERISA regulations
- Analyze financial reports and actuarial data to assess plan solvency
- Investigate potential plan violations and recommend corrective actions
- Develop educational materials for plan sponsors and participants
- Collaborate with legal teams on enforcement actions and litigation support
- Conduct on-site and virtual plan examinations
- Prepare comprehensive compliance reports for senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science, or related field
- 3+ years of pension plan administration experience
- Strong knowledge of ERISA and federal pension regulations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Federal security clearance eligibility (or ability to obtain)
