Responsibilities
- Administer federal pension plans ensuring ERISA and IRS compliance
- Conduct complex benefit calculations for retirement-eligible employees

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years' experience in pension administration or employee benefits
- SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or CEBS certification required
- Expertise in federal pension regulations (ERISA, FERS, CSRS)
- Advanced proficiency in pension software (e.g., FIS, Alight)
- Top Secret security clearance eligibility
- Proven project management with federal agencies
