Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing and processing pension plan documents for compliance with ERISA regulations
- Conduct preliminary data analysis of pension fund investments and distributions
- Respond to public inquiries regarding pension eligibility and benefits
- Prepare draft reports on pension plan financial health and operational metrics
- Coordinate with legal and financial teams on plan compliance matters
- Maintain accurate records of pension plan documentation and correspondence
- Support outreach initiatives for underserved worker communities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Public Administration, or related field
- Basic knowledge of federal pension regulations (ERISA, IRS codes)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass federal background check
