- Manage participant enrollment and record-keeping systems
- Develop compliance training materials
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, HR, or related field
- 3+ years pension/benefits administration experience
- Federal ERISA and IRS regulation certification
- Advanced Excel and HRIS system proficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Active federal security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Experience with federal payroll systems
