- Conduct complex benefit calculations and projections
- Provide expert guidance to federal employees on retirement planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on policy implementation
- Prepare detailed reports for agency leadership and oversight bodies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of pension/benefits administration experience
- Federal or state pension certification (e.g., QKA, CEBS)
- Advanced knowledge of ERISA and federal retirement systems
- Proficiency in pension administration software (e.g., BenefitFocus)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Top-secret security clearance preferred
