Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with ERISA, IRS regulations, and OPM guidelines
- Process retirement applications and benefit calculations

- Provide technical guidance to federal employees and agencies
- Develop retirement education materials and workshops
- Collaborate with OPM and Treasury on policy updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years pension administration experience
- Federal retirement system (FERS/CSRS) certification
- ERISA and IRS regulatory expertise
- Advanced Excel and HRIS system proficiency
- SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED (U.S. citizenship mandatory)
- Experience with OPM retirement processing systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
