Responsibilities
- Administer federal pension plans ensuring full ERISA and OPM compliance
- Process retirement applications, benefit calculations, and disbursements

- Collaborate with Treasury and OPM on regulatory updates
- Develop and implement pension policy improvements
- Manage vendor relationships for plan administration services
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, or related field
- 5+ years pension administration experience with federal programs
- Expert knowledge of ERISA, OPM regulations, and federal benefits
- Series 7/63/26 securities licenses preferred
- Advanced Excel and pension management software proficiency
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Clear communication and stakeholder management abilities
