Responsibilities
- Analyze complex pension plan documents to ensure compliance with federal regulations and ERISA standards
- Provide expert guidance to federal employees on retirement planning and benefit entitlements

- Collaborate with legal teams to resolve pension disputes and regulatory inquiries
- Develop educational materials for federal agencies on retirement planning best practices

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in pension administration or federal benefits management
- Fundamental knowledge of ERISA, TSP, and federal retirement systems
- Proficiency in federal pay systems (e.g., HRIS, NSPS)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for complex calculations
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
