Responsibilities
- Administer federal pension compliance programs and regulatory audits
- Develop strategic retirement benefit frameworks for public sector employees
- Collaborate with congressional committees on pension reform legislation

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, or Public Administration
- 5+ years of pension plan management experience
