- Process retirement applications and conduct eligibility verifications
- Provide pension counseling to federal employees and retirees
- Analyze pension data and prepare comprehensive benefit statements
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on pension-related initiatives
- Stay current on federal pension legislation and policy changes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, HR, or related field
- 3+ years of pension administration experience
- Strong knowledge of federal retirement systems (TSP, FERS, CSRS)
- Proficiency in pension software (e.g., Delphi, Oracle HCM)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Federal background clearance required
- CFP or QPA certification preferred
