Responsibilities
- Process and adjudicate federal pension claims with 99% accuracy
- Interpret and apply ERISA, TSP, and OPM regulations
- Manage beneficiary communications via secure night shift channels
- Conduct eligibility reviews and benefit calculations
- Maintain compliance with federal audit requirements
- Collaborate with cross-agency night shift teams
- Utilize SSA's proprietary pension management systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of pension/benefits administration experience
- Federal GS-7 level certification or equivalent
- Proficiency with SSA's ePAY and BENEFITS systems
- Active Security Clearance eligibility
- Advanced knowledge of federal retirement regulations
- Exceptional analytical and documentation skills
