Responsibilities
- Administer federal pension plans with 100% compliance to ERISA and OPM regulations
- Analyze retirement fund data during night shift hours to detect discrepancies or anomalies
- Process retirement applications, disbursements, and adjustments with precision
- Conduct quarterly audits of pension plan documents and financial records
- Collaborate with OPM and Treasury Department on policy implementations
- Respond to urgent retirement inquiries during assigned night shift hours
- Develop comprehensive reports on pension plan health and regulatory adherence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, or Public Administration
- 3+ years of pension administration experience with federal or large-scale plans
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP HCM, or pension-specific software
- Expert knowledge of FERS, TSP, and federal retirement regulations
- SEC Series 65 or 66 certification strongly preferred
- Proven ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Remote work setup with secure VPN connection
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
