We are seeking a highly motivated Federal Pension Plan Specialist to join our elite team supporting the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) in Omaha, Nebraska. In this critical role, you will serve as a subject matter expert on federal retirement benefits, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of pension calculations and processing for thousands of federal employees.

Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal pension eligibility requirements under FERS and CSRS systems.
- Conduct comprehensive pension projections and benefit calculations for retiring federal employees.
- Review and process retirement applications with a high degree of accuracy and compliance.
- Provide expert consultation and guidance to federal employees regarding their retirement options.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline pension processing workflows.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal regulations and OPM guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal benefits administration or pension plan management.
- Strong understanding of FERS, CSRS, and Social Security integration.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and pension administration software.
- Associate’s degree or higher in Finance, Human Resources, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
