Responsibilities

- Provide remote consultation to federal employees on pension options and retirement planning
- Conduct audits of pension records and implement corrective actions when discrepancies are found
- Collaborate with legal teams to resolve complex pension disputes and appeals
- Prepare comprehensive reports on pension fund status and regulatory compliance
- Maintain secure digital records in accordance with federal data protection standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in pension administration or benefits management
- Deep knowledge of federal pension regulations (ERISA, CSRS, FERS)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in pension calculation software
- Exceptional communication abilities for explaining complex benefit structures
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
