Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Public Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in pension administration, benefits management, or federal HR operations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Federal Employees Retirement System (FERS) and Civil Service Retirement System (CSRS).
