We are seeking a detail-oriented Federal Pension Specialist to join our dynamic team in Omaha, NE. This is a unique opportunity to work in a Remote capacity with Night Shift availability. You will play a critical role in processing federal retirement claims, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance with federal regulations.

Responsibilities
- Process and verify federal pension applications and monthly benefit calculations with high accuracy.
- Manage night shift operations to ensure timely response to federal employee inquiries regarding TSP (Thrift Savings Plan) and FERS (Federal Employees Retirement System).
- Review and audit pension documentation for compliance with OPM (Office of Personnel Management) guidelines.
- Communicate complex pension plan details to federal employees via secure remote channels.
- Maintain confidential records and ensure data integrity within the night shift database.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to resolve escalated issues regarding retirement eligibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pension administration, benefits management, or federal government support.
- Strong understanding of Federal Employees Retirement System (FERS) and Thrift Savings Plans (TSP).
- Ability to work independently in a Remote environment during Night Shift hours.
- Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- U.S. Citizenship required for access to federal systems.
