- Conduct site visits and program evaluations to assess service delivery
- Develop training materials for state/local partners
- Monitor budget expenditures and financial performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare, or related field
- 3+ years federal program analysis experience
- Strong knowledge of CMS and HHS regulations
- Experience with federal grant management systems
- Advanced data analysis skills (Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Security clearance eligibility or ability to obtain one
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with competing priorities
