Responsibilities
- Policy Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of government policies to support legislative and executive decision-making processes.
- Report Generation: Prepare comprehensive written reports, briefings, and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear communication between government agencies, internal teams, and external partners.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all organizational processes adhere to federal, state, and local regulations and standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and recommend data-driven solutions for optimization.
- Grant Management: Assist in the preparation and tracking of grant applications and fund utilization reports.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in government consulting, public policy analysis, or a related administrative role.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools (Tableau or SQL is a plus).
- Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret or Top Secret clearance is required.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and regulatory compliance.
