Responsibilities
- Analyze federal program performance metrics and compliance reports for 3+ major initiatives
- Develop strategic recommendations to optimize veteran service delivery systems
- Collaborate with congressional stakeholders on program implementation timelines
- Manage $5M+ budget allocations with rigorous fiscal oversight protocols
- Prepare executive briefings for agency leadership on program effectiveness
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Ensure adherence to OMB and GSA federal regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 4 years federal program management experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Expertise in federal grant management and compliance frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in federal budgeting systems (e.g., MAX)
- Superior analytical skills with data visualization experience
