Responsibilities
- Analyze federal program performance metrics and compliance requirements
- Develop data-driven recommendations for improving veteran service delivery
- Coordinate cross-agency initiatives and stakeholder communications
- Prepare detailed reports for senior leadership and congressional briefings
- Manage program budgets and resource allocation efficiently
- Ensure adherence to federal regulations (OMB, GAO, and VA guidelines)
- Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal program management experience
- Proficiency in federal grant management systems (e.g., MAX.gov)
- Advanced analytical skills with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- VA experience strongly preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desirable
