Responsibilities
- Analyze federal programs and policies to ensure compliance with VA regulations
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for senior leadership
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement program improvements

- Conduct data analysis to measure program effectiveness
- Develop training materials for staff on federal compliance

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of federal program analysis experience
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Knowledge of federal procurement and grant management
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
