Responsibilities
- Analyze federal program performance metrics and compliance requirements
- Develop data-driven recommendations for veteran service improvements
- Coordinate cross-agency initiatives with local and federal partners
- Prepare detailed reports for congressional stakeholders and leadership
- Manage grant allocations and budget forecasting for regional programs
- Conduct site evaluations at veteran facilities in Louisiana
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of federal program management experience
- Proficiency in federal compliance frameworks (FAR, DFARS)
- Advanced data analysis skills with Excel and Power BI
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Experience with VA healthcare systems preferred
