Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze program performance metrics to ensure alignment with federal objectives and compliance standards.
- Prepare and review complex regulatory reports, budget justifications, and programmatic documentation for senior leadership.
- Coordinate inter-agency communications and facilitate stakeholder meetings to ensure seamless information flow.
- Maintain accurate records of federal grants, contracts, and compliance documentation in accordance with OMB guidelines.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency within federal programs.
- Support the preparation of responses to audits, inspections, and external reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal or government contract administration, program management, or a related analytical role.
- Deep understanding of federal regulations, including the A-123, FAR, and OMB Circular A-11 guidelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical data into clear reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint) and government-specific case management software.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
