Responsibilities
- Analyze federal program performance metrics and compliance data

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years federal program analysis experience
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Knowledge of HHS grant management systems
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
- Experience with federal reporting requirements
- Excellent stakeholder communication abilities
