Responsibilities
- Analyze program performance data and prepare detailed reports for senior management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program analysis or federal government.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SPSS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of federal regulations and policies is a plus.
