Responsibilities
- Analyze federal programs and policies to ensure compliance with DHS regulations
- Develop data-driven reports for senior leadership on program performance metrics
- Coordinate cross-agency initiatives to enhance national security operations
- Manage grant funding processes and fiscal oversight for assigned programs
- Conduct stakeholder briefings with congressional and local government partners
- Implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Support emergency response planning and execution protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years federal program management experience
- GS-11 or equivalent federal service level required
- Active Secret security clearance (ability to obtain Top Secret)
- Proficient in federal grant management systems (e.g., GAINS, MAX)
- Advanced data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with federal procurement regulations (FAR)
