Responsibilities
- Analyze program performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction within federal administrative frameworks.
- Prepare and present detailed reports, briefings, and recommendations to senior federal stakeholders and program managers.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal regulations, agency policies, and compliance standards in all administrative functions.
- Coordinate interdepartmental communication to facilitate the smooth execution of federal projects and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, grants, and compliance documentation.
- Conduct research on current federal policies and best practices to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Management, or a related field is required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal or state government administration, program analysis, or a related capacity.
- Strong knowledge of federal procurement regulations, budgeting processes, and reporting requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel and SharePoint.
- Ability to obtain a favorable background investigation (Public Trust) if required.
