Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and evaluation of federal program performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present complex technical reports and briefings to senior management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate inter-agency initiatives and ensure seamless communication between various federal departments.
- Maintain accurate records and manage administrative workflows to support program operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures in alignment with USDA guidelines.
- Monitor compliance with federal regulations and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in administrative analysis, program support, or a related federal role.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a favorable background investigation/security clearance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and federal case management systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
