Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal programs and policies to ensure compliance with DHS regulations
- Develop strategic recommendations for improving operational efficiency in maritime security initiatives
- Coordinate inter-agency communications between federal, state, and local partners

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years federal program management experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in federal budgeting systems and grant management
- Expertise in homeland security policy frameworks
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills
- Ability to obtain DHS-specific certifications within 6 months
