Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal or state government program management.
- Strong understanding of federal compliance standards and procurement regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal grant management software.
- Ability to pass a federal background investigation and security clearance check.
