Responsibilities
- Develop and implement program evaluation frameworks to assess healthcare initiative effectiveness
- Analyze complex federal regulations and policy impacts on healthcare delivery systems
- Prepare comprehensive reports and data visualizations for congressional stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-agency projects to ensure regulatory compliance and program alignment
- Manage federal grant budgets exceeding $5M with precise fiscal oversight
- Lead virtual stakeholder engagement sessions with state health departments
- Recommend evidence-based policy improvements to senior leadership
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
- Master's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of federal program management experience
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Demonstrated knowledge of HHS program regulations (42 CFR, etc.)
- Experience with federal grant lifecycle management
- Exceptional written communication for policy documentation
- Strong remote collaboration skills using G Suite/MS Teams
