Responsibilities
- Analyze federal infrastructure programs and budget allocation efficiency
- Prepare comprehensive reports for congressional stakeholders and agency leadership
- Coordinate cross-agency projects ensuring compliance with federal regulations
- Develop performance metrics and improvement strategies for public works initiatives
- Manage vendor contracts and procurement processes for federal projects
- Conduct site assessments for infrastructure maintenance projects

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years federal program management experience
- Proficiency in federal procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Advanced data analysis skills with Excel and reporting tools
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of GSA portfolio management systems
- Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) preferred
