Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic program plans aligned with VA mission objectives
- Manage federal grant budgets and ensure compliance with procurement regulations
- Coordinate interagency partnerships with state and local government entities
- Analyze program performance metrics and prepare compliance reports for congressional oversight
- Lead cross-functional teams of federal employees and contractors
- Represent the VA at community events and stakeholder meetings
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal program management experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and OMB guidelines
- Experience managing budgets over $500,000
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
