Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evaluate federal programs serving veterans in the Philadelphia region
- Manage program budgets exceeding $5M and ensure fiscal accountability
- Analyze data to optimize program outcomes and report to senior leadership
- Coordinate with federal, state, and local government agencies
- Develop policy recommendations aligned with VA mission and federal mandates

- Ensure compliance with all federal procurement and grant regulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- 5+ years of federal program management experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Expertise in federal grant management and procurement processes
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Proficient in federal reporting systems (e.g., MAX, VISTA)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
