Responsibilities
- Develop and implement federal programs supporting veteran services in North Carolina
- Analyze policy impacts and recommend regulatory adjustments for program optimization
- Coordinate with state agencies and community stakeholders to enhance service delivery
- Manage grant allocations and ensure compliance with federal procurement guidelines
- Prepare comprehensive reports for congressional oversight and performance metrics
- Mentor junior staff and lead cross-functional project teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in federal or state government program management
- Expertise in federal procurement regulations (FAR) and grant management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Demonstrated experience with veteran service organizations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
