Responsibilities
- Oversee veteran healthcare program implementation and compliance with federal regulations
- Analyze data trends to optimize service delivery across Albuquerque and regional facilities
- Coordinate interdepartmental projects with VA medical centers and community partners
- Develop grant proposals and budget reports for congressional funding requests
- Conduct site audits to ensure program adherence to VA and OMB standards

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years program coordination experience in government/nonprofit sector

- Active security clearance or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Advanced knowledge of VA healthcare regulations (38 CFR)
- Valid New Mexico driver's license with clean record
