Responsibilities
- Develop and implement federal program initiatives aligned with agency mission
- Analyze complex data to inform policy recommendations and resource allocation
- Coordinate interagency partnerships and stakeholder communications
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and reporting requirements
- Manage grant processes and budget oversight for assigned programs
- Conduct program evaluations and performance metrics reporting
- Provide technical guidance to team members and external partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years federal program management experience
- GS-7 to GS-12 equivalent pay scale eligibility
- Proficiency with federal grant management systems
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain
- Knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR)
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
