Responsibilities
- Manage federal grant programs ensuring compliance with CFR regulations and OMB guidelines
- Analyze program data and prepare quarterly performance reports for congressional stakeholders
- Coordinate interagency initiatives with CDC, FDA, and state health departments
- Develop training materials for healthcare providers on federal policy implementation
- Conduct site visits to monitor grantee performance and program effectiveness
- Respond to congressional inquiries and prepare briefing documents
- Leverage data analytics tools to optimize program outcomes and resource allocation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of federal grant management or program administration experience
- Proficiency in federal reporting systems (e.g., MAX, Grants.gov)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization (Tableau/Power BI)
- Knowledge of HHS programs and healthcare compliance regulations
- Exceptional written communication skills for policy documentation
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust security clearance
