Responsibilities
- Process and verify government documents and data entries with high accuracy.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Communicate with stakeholders and government agencies via secure channels.
- Perform night shift security checks and facility monitoring duties.
- Update and maintain internal databases and records.
- Respond to inquiries regarding government programs and services.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen or hold a valid Green Card for specific roles.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a government-level background investigation.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Typing Speed: Minimum 40 words per minute with high accuracy.
- Experience: Previous experience in government, military, or customer service preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government software.
