Responsibilities
- Develop and implement healthcare program policies aligned with federal regulations and VA guidelines
- Analyze complex program data to identify improvement opportunities and ensure compliance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including medical staff, administrators, and external stakeholders
- Prepare detailed reports and briefings for senior leadership on program performance metrics
- Manage grant allocations and budget execution for assigned program initiatives
- Conduct training sessions for staff on new policies and procedures
- Monitor program effectiveness through KPI tracking and stakeholder feedback analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in federal program management or healthcare administration
- Active security clearance eligibility (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency in federal grant management systems (e.g., MAX.gov)
- Expertise in VA-specific regulations (38 CFR) and healthcare compliance standards
- Advanced analytical skills with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- U.S. citizenship required
