Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate federal programs ensuring compliance with DHS regulations and standards
- Analyze program performance data and prepare detailed reports for senior leadership
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align program objectives with agency goals
- Oversee budget allocation and expenditure tracking for assigned programs

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of federal program management or relevant government experience
- Proficiency in federal grant management and regulatory compliance (FAR, DFARS)
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities with experience in policy briefings
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Project management certification (PMP or similar) preferred
