Responsibilities
- Develop and implement federal program strategies aligned with agency objectives
- Analyze complex policy data and prepare actionable recommendations for leadership
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including federal agencies and private partners
- Manage program budgets exceeding $5M with strict compliance oversight
- Prepare comprehensive reports for Congressional briefings and agency leadership
- Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Ensure all deliverables meet federal regulations and audit requirements
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship (mandatory for federal employment)
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of program management experience in government sector
- Proficiency in federal budgeting systems (e.g., MAX, Deltek)
- Strong analytical skills with data visualization experience (Power BI/Tableau)
- Ability to obtain Secret clearance within 90 days of hire
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
