Responsibilities
- Oversee federal grant programs ensuring compliance with regulations and performance metrics
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve public health outcomes
- Analyze program data and prepare detailed reports for congressional stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-agency partnerships to enhance service delivery efficiency
- Manage program budgets and ensure fiscal accountability
- Advise senior leadership on policy implications and program improvements
- Conduct site visits and audits of grantee organizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Public Health, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years federal program management experience
- Expert knowledge of federal grant regulations (OMB Circulars, 2 CFR 200)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance metrics tracking
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills for stakeholder reporting
- Proficiency in federal budget management systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance
