Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage federal program execution, ensuring compliance with all DHS regulations and OMB guidelines
- Develop program metrics and conduct performance analysis to drive continuous improvement
- Coordinate with interagency partners to align program objectives and resource allocation
- Prepare detailed budget proposals and monitor expenditures to maintain fiscal accountability
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for program vulnerabilities
- Represent the department in stakeholder meetings and congressional briefings
- Maintain comprehensive program documentation and audit readiness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of federal program management experience with DHS or equivalent agency
- Expertise in federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS) and grant management
- Proven ability to manage complex budgets exceeding $5M
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain one)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and program management software
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience developing data-driven solutions
- U.S. citizenship required
